First Home Owner Grant in New South Wales
The First Home Owner Grant provides eligible first home buyers in New South Wales with a helpful $7,000 grant.
This federal government initiative is administered and funded by the New South Wales State Government.

Stamp Duty exemption or reduction for first home buyers
Along with the first home buyer grant, the New South Wales government may also reduce or even completely waive the land transfer duty you pay.
If you’re buying your first home in New South Wales to live in (not as an investment), the First Home Plus scheme means you could be exempt from stamp duty or have the amount you pay reduced.
