With over 20 years’ experience in residential development, Arthur has been involved in a diverse range of inner city projects and large planned communities across NSW, QLD and South Australia. Arthur has been involved in Lend Lease’s St Marys development site since 1996 and is Project Director of our Jordan Springs and Ropes Crossing communities.

Martin Hunt

Home Coach

Martin Hunt is an architect whose experience spans a variety of design projects and roles. Martin has been with Lend Lease since 2006 and works with our customers ensuring they receive current and sustainable building information and ensuring their new homes meet the design guidelines. Responsible for Urban Design, Martin understands how homes not only integrate into an urban landscape, but can also be designed to maximize comfort and lifestyle with the right advice.
