Free Design Advice

The Ropes Crossing Design Coordinator can offer ideas and advice on how to best design your home to suit your purchased block. The coordinator can also provide advice on exterior colour schemes and how to incorporate your lifestyle needs into the home design.

Free Landscape Advice

We have Landscape Architects to provide design advice on the latest landscaping trends and on how to create your own natural haven.

Community Coordinator

Ropes Crossing’s Community Co-ordinator is the first point of contact for residents helping them settle into their new home. Through the Community Connections Program the Community Coordinator works with residents to develop a range of community programs and activities ensuring the needs of the new community are met.

Welcome Nights and Kits

All new Ropes Crossing residents are officially welcomed at one of our Welcome Nights, where new residents, friends and neighbours can meet and catch up. Residents also receive a Welcome Kit containing helpful information about the new community.

Community Events

Ropes Crossing residents are invited to join in the fun at Ropes Crossing through a range of community events all year round, including regular ‘Meet Your Neighbour’ days.

Community Groups

Our Community Connections team can assist in locating and linking groups of people with common interests and hobbies. So as Ropes Crossing grows, you’ll have the opportunity to meet people with common interests, whether it’s through a sporting group or just meeting regularly for a cup of coffee with friends.
